These links below provide you with the applications necessary to participate in the Promenade.

You can fill these applications out on your compute, then save them to your hard drive and then email them to info@pgpromenade.com for application approval. To do this you must have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat which can be obtained at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FOOD VENDORS**
Effective this year, food vendors will be under new rules that the Utah County Health Department has put in place. Click Here to view a letter written by the Health Department that applies to all food vendors. Please contact the County Health Department with any questions.
Hand washing stations will be located within 100 feet of the food vendors.

Vendors that participate throughout the entire Promenade and pay upfront will be given discounted rates and will have a reserved spot each week:

Rates for vendors paying in advance for the entire season:

*Non-Food Vendors $10/wk
*Food Vendors $12/wk
*Farmers $5/wk

Week to Week Rates:

*Non-Food Vendors $12/wk
*Food Vendors $15/wk
*Farmers $5/wk 

Vendors can pay their registration fees with any major credit card through PayPal, no registration required click here for payment screen and instruction



Vendors will be required to pay for half of the summer and fill out an application in order to reserve a booth. You can mail in a check to the address listed on the application, or use PayPal. This can be done any time prior to the beginning of the Promenade, July 7th. The remaining total will need to be paid by July 7th.  Please contact us at info@pgpromenade.com, or Richard Bradford at 801.319.7420 if you need any special arrangements or have any questions.

Participants are not required to commit for the entire summer. Those who show up week-to-week will be allowed to choose from the available spaces on a first come first serve basis.  You are allowed to reserve a space anytime during the summer by paying for the rest of the summer at the week-to-week price.

All vendors must complete an application. Information on the application will be used to fulfill the filing requirements with the Utah State Tax Commission. Each week vendors are encouraged to pay for their space prior to the beginning of the (Thursday @ 5:00 PM). We look forward to a great summer! Feel free to contact us with any questions!
