We are pleased to invite you to participate in the fifth annual Pleasant Grove Promenade! We are seeking vendors of all kinds to join us.

Thousands of dollars of advertising will be spent to promote the Promenade which has been enthusiastically received by the community. You should have abundant opportunities to promote your product and company.

Last year an average of 80 vendor booths participated each week.  Vendors will not be allowed to enter or set up in the park prior to 3:00 p.m. of Thursday afternoons.  Vendors that have paid in advance for the entire season will have a space reserved for them each week.  Spaces will not be marked or reserved prior to 3:00 p.m.  Vendors who have a reserved space will not have to worry about anyone setting up in their spot.  We encourage all vendors to be set up and ready to open by 5:00 p.m.  Reserved spots will be declared open if the booth is not occupied by the reservation holder by 5:00 p.m.

There is no increase in rates from last year. The rates are as follows: farmers & gardeners - $5 per day, non-food $12 per day, food- $15 per day. There is a discount for vendors that participate for the entire summer. Non-food vendors $10 per day, food vendors $12 per day, and farmers are still just $5 per day.

Participating vendors receive a 10' X 10' space to display their items. Anything you want to use for your booth must be provided by the vendor. The Promenade has electricity available for food vendors, but non-food vendors will not be guaranteed electricity. Please bring all necessary selling equipment (shade, tables, etc.). We reserve the right to use discretion when selecting vendors. Items and services for sale must be family friendly. All vendors can display for as little as one week or for the whole season.

Government Compliance Requirements
NOTE: Vendor assumes full liability for compliance to all government regulations relating to sales tax, food handler’s permits, mobile kitchen permits, and any other regulations regarding public health and safety, and compliance with tax requirements.

Parking:
Vendors should reserve parking spaces surrounding the Park for customers.  Do not continue to occupy a customer space after setting up, and especially after the 5:00 p.m. opening of the Promenade.  Ample vendor parking, much of it is in shady locations, if available behind surrounding buildings.
